RGP COO Tim Brackney resigns, Sue Collyns joins board

CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Resources Connection Inc. (RGP), a professional staffing provider, announced the resignation of Tim Brackney as president and chief operating officer, effective October 1.
The California-based company is currently evaluating its organizational structure and plans to appoint one or more individuals to succeed Brackney. An internal and external search for potential candidates is underway.
In the interim, President and CEO Kate Duchene will assume Brackney’s responsibilities. Brackney had been in his current role since April 3, 2019, and previously served as president of North America and executive VP of revenue.
In a separate announcement on August 16, RGP appointed Sue Collyns to its board, effective immediately. Collyns will also serve as a member of the audit committee.
Collyns has been a director at Dine Brands Global, a casual dining franchise concept, since 2019. She previously served on the boards of Waitr Holdings Inc., Potbelly Inc., and Zoe’s Kitchen. Collyns was president and CFO of The Beachbody Co., a subscription digital fitness and nutrition company, from 2014 to 2022. She also held CFO positions at Dun and Bradstreet Credibility Corp. and California Pizza Kitchen Inc.
RGP is a global consulting firm offering services in finance, accounting, cybersecurity, information management, corporate advisory, strategic communications, restructuring, governance, risk management, compliance, supply chain management, human capital, and legal and regulatory consulting.
