Royal Philips partners with Cognizant for digital health solutions

Health technology firm Royal Philips partners with IT company Cognizant to develop “end-to-end digital health solutions” in improving patient care and accelerating clinical trials.
The collaboration brings together cloud-based platform Philips HealthSuite and Cognizant’s digital engineering knowledge to give and retain “digital health solutions at scale”. This aims to create actionable insights using advanced connectivity and data.
As per the agreement, Cognizant will build, deploy, implement, and operate client-specific applications on Philips HealthSuite.
Created on Amazon Web Services, Philips HealthSuite securely stores important healthcare information and brings advanced data analytics and AI capabilities.
There are over 100 types of medical devices integrated into HealthSuite and over 145 billion clinical images archived on the cloud platform.
