S4Digital acquires women-led HR Ways
LISBON, PORTUGAL — Global tech firm S4Digital announced it had acquired Human Resource (HR) outsourcing company HR Ways for an undisclosed amount.
“S4Digital finished another strategic acquisition taking the majority share in HR Ways. Besides the great talent acquisition for international companies we will be offering full managed resourcing services across multiple countries for customers who want to own their Nearshore and Offshore people,” said S4Digital Co-founder and CEO Roger Kool in a LinkedIn post.
Both firms have a vast global presence — S4Digital services clients in Europe, Africa, and South America. Karachi is now added to its list of regional offices, which includes London, Lahore, Pune, Lisbon, and Brasilia.
HR Ways, a women-led and women-run company, has clients across Canada, Australia, North America, the Middle East, and Asia.
S4Digital and HR Ways will team up to address the current global talent shortage through new products and services.
75% of firms reported talent shortages, adding that this had significant repercussions to upskilling and employee retention, according to a survey by global staffing firm ManpowerGroup.
The poll among 8,000 people occurred in November last year in the United States, Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, and Norway.
