SG Analytics bolsters leadership team with 4 senior hires

PUNE, INDIA — Business consultant firm SG Analytics (SGA) has beefed up its executive team through four new appointments.
Simran Wadhwa appointed Chief Customer Success Officer
Simran Wadhwa has been promoted to Chief Customer Success Officer and will be responsible for spearheading SGA’s business growth and maximizing customer success.
Wadhwa is a founding member of SGA and was critical in setting up SGA’s offices in New York, London, and Wroclaw.
Jayaprakash Mallikarjuna named Chief Commercial Officer
SGA has also created a new role for Jayaprakash Mallikarjuna, who is now the company’s Chief Commercial Officer. He will be responsible for growing SGA’s commercial strategy and growth across various business lines.
Prior to joining SGA, Mallikarjuna led global operations and developed sustainable products at Solaron Sustainability Services and Thomson Reuters.
Dheeraj Garg joins as Chief Technology Officer
Meanwhile, Dheeraj Garg has joined the company as Chief Technology Officer. Harnessing his 29 years of experience in technical innovation, he will guide SGA’s mission of becoming a solution- and platform-centric company.
Before SGA, Garg was the Chief Information Officer at the business management consulting firm The Smart Cube.
Rahul Dokania appointed Chief Financial Officer
Finally, Rahul Dokania has joined SGA as its new Chief Financial Officer. Dokania will be responsible for the planning and implementation of the financial initiatives of SGA. Dokania’s financial career includes stints in Deutsche Bank Group, JP Morgan, and Infosys.
