Sigma Connected, TDX Group ink debt collection collab

CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA — Sigma Connected, a business process outsourcing firm that specializes in white-label 24/7 customer contact center services, has partnered with debt management specialist TDX Group.
The pact aims to help firms from telecommunications, utilities, energy, retail and government industries in South Africa with their debt collection activities.
Apart from streamlining the process, both parties are looking to ensure that “high level of empathy, accuracy and support” is observed for the businesses and consumers.

The specialisms we bring in contact [center] management, paired with TDX Group’s debt collection and data expertise, is the perfect, all-in-one solution for clients,” said Gary Gilburd, Chief Executive at Sigma Connected Group.
Gilburd added that clients can also avail Sigma Connected’s credit management services through its McLaren Credit Services division. The company will also offer debt managing services to vulnerable groups through its ReachOut initiative.
Founded in 2011, Sigma Connected specializes in management, collections, complaints handling, and customer support. The BPO firm employs over 5,000 people across the United Kingdom, South Africa, Australia and the United States.
Sigma Connected’s partnership with TDX Group has yielded 95 job opportunities in Cape Town, South Africa – 57 of which came from their impact outsourcing initiative which hires prospects from deprived backgrounds.
