Sprinklr debuts unified partners program to bolster global expansion

NEW YORK, UNITED STATES — Unified customer experience (CX) management platform Sprinklr unveiled its Sprinklr Unified Partners Program. Spurred by the double growth in their partner pipeline in the last six months, this new initiative includes diverse partner types and provides increased support and resources.
The program is geared towards enhancing profits and creating new revenue channels for partners by delivering innovative customer experience management solutions.
Sprinklr CEO Ragy Thomas explained that Sprinklr’s unified platform and partner ecosystem offer enterprises the expertise required to maximize Sprinklr technology.
“Sprinklr’s unified platform supports enterprises on their journey, and our partner ecosystem has the expertise to help customers identify, implement, and take advantage of Sprinklr technology,” he added.
Meanwhile, Sprinklr VP of Global Partnerships Jay Vigeland noted that the launch of this program would aid in furthering growth, noting the substantial momentum already experienced working with partners.
The revamped program encompasses System Integrators, Transformational Partners, Resellers, Independent Consultants, Referral Partners, Technological Solution Brokers, Business Process Outsourcing Partners, Social Channels, and Technology Partners.
Several partners — including Ben Lancaster-Nogueira from Deloitte Digital UK, Scott Parker from Social Factor, and Eric Zouari from Touchflows — already conveyed optimism about the partnership, underlining the progress in customer experience management and Sprinklr’s advanced AI abilities.
