SYNNEX picked master agent for Avaya cloud-based solution

Business process services firm SYNNEX Corporation has been chosen as Master Agent for the new Avaya Cloud Office UCaaS solution, according to Avaya Holdings Corp. As Master Agent, SYNNEX is expected to accelerate and simplify the delivery of Avaya cloud-based unified communication services.
Avaya said its new UC and CC cloud solutions aimed at addressing the evolving needs of its huge customer base include the Avaya Cloud Office, a public UC-as-a-Service (UCaaS) solution developed by Avaya itself and RingCentral as part of their partnership. The solution, set to be released in the first quarter of 2020, aims to give customers a simplified journey to cloud-based unified communications.
Frank Ciccone, Avaya senior president, North America sales, said the demand for Avaya’s range of solutions continues to rise, and adding SYNNEX to its Master Agent program builds on its strategy to boost the qualified sales agents that can support the growth and meet customer needs.
Meanwhile, TJ Trojan, SYNNEX’s senior vice-president, product management, North America, said that their Avaya cloud solutions team can help customers in their transition and assist them to quickly deploy their market strategies.
