TaskUs opens new site in Greece

TEXAS, UNITED STATES — TaskUs, an outsourced digital services provider, announced the opening of its new site OlympUs in Thessaloniki, Greece.
The new site strengthens TaskUs’ presence in Greece, where it has operated for three years.
Located in Greece’s second largest city with over one million residents, OlympUs currently provides services like fraud prevention, content moderation, technical support, and customer service. Its teammates speak over 30 languages, enabling them to serve customers across Europe.
“Thessaloniki is the perfect place for our incredible new site OlympUs,” said Nikos Stavropoulos, Vice President of Operations at TaskUs. “OlympUs… illustrates the people-first culture at TaskUs that is so critical to our growth and service delivery.”
Bogdan Surdea-Blaga, Division Vice President for EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa) Operations, said OlympUs and their Greek work-from-home platform Cirrus are important for reaching European customers.
With a metro station theme, OlympUs’ design facilitates collaboration while representing a journey towards success. Its urban art murals connect the city to Mount Olympus mythology.
Similar to all TaskUs sites, OlympUs offers amenities like kitchens, gaming areas, relaxation rooms, and wellness services. It is located near public transportation, residential areas, and a large mall. A rooftop recreation area is planned.
In the past four months, TaskUs opened several offices, including a center in Colombia and two sites in India.
Founded in 2008, TaskUs provides outsourced digital services and customer experience for innovative companies in fast-growing sectors like social media, e-commerce, and technology. It has over 47,000 employees globally across 27 sites in 13 countries.
