transcosmos introduces HCM analytics platform
TOKYO, JAPAN — Business process outsourcing (BPO) firm transcosmos has launched HCM Analytics Platform, a tool designed to assist companies in meeting their human capital disclosure obligations.
The platform serves as a one-stop hub that handles all steps of human capital information disclosure, from data collection to processing. The service further aids companies by providing visualisations of their current metrics and delivering reports on statistical analysis through continuous data collection.
The platform extracts necessary data from various systems such as HR, payroll, and labor management. It then cleans, converts, and visually presents this data via a monitoring dashboard.
By integrating its BPO and Digital Transformation services, transcosmos aims to reinforce clients’ business foundations through end-to-end services.
Founded in 1966, transcosmos now operates in 28 countries/regions, primarily in Asia. The company, headquartered in Tokyo, generates approximately US$2.7 billion in revenue.
