TCS honored as leader in Life & Pensions Insurance BPO Services
IT services, consulting, and business solutions provider Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) said it was honored as a leader in Life and Pensions (L&P) Insurance BPO Services by Everest Group for the fourth consecutive year. The company said it received the highest marks in vision, capability, and market impact. It was also recognized as a “Star Performer” for achieving top quartile year-on-year improvement in its scores.
The Everest report cited as strengths TCS’ large deal wins and its ability to integrate its IT-operations capabilities to deliver domain-centric digitally advanced solutions to customers. Suresh Muthuswami, global head, BFSI Platforms, TCS, said the recognition is a testament to the company’s vision and digital capabilities across the end-to-end life and annuities value chain.
Meanwhile, Skand Bhargava, practice director at Everest Group, said TCS’ continued investment in domain expertise, capability enhancements, and significant onshore footprint make it a leader among L&P insurance service providers.
