TCS to add 10,000 US employees by 2022
IT company TCS is continuing to expand its US presence, as it aims to hire an additional 10,000 US by 2022. The firm has also finished the construction of its new facility in Austin, Texas.
The firm’s 2019-20 annual report revealed that it has hired around 20,000 employees in the last five years, doubling its presence to more than 400 professionals in Austin.
The new TCS Austin office adds to existing offices in Dallas, Houston, and Plano and more than 30 TCS locations across the US. The new hires will work in roles related to digital business transformation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, enterprise software and technology operations.
