Tea conglomerate Ranfer launches its BPO firm, LionPride
Internationally renowned Sri Lankan tea export conglomerate Ranfer has decided to enter the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector, as it launched its BPO firm, LionPride.
LionPride will provide back office support services for local and overseas enterprises, specifically targeting digital marketing, business process improvement, legal process outsourcing, payroll management, bookkeeping, finance and accounting.
The Ranfer Group of Companies is primarily a tea export business, which expanded to take in around 14 companies with a diversified field of active trading. Their diversification efforts cover other areas such as retail marketing, e-commerce, advertising and website designing.
