Teleperformance unveils AI-themed office in India

PARIS, FRANCE — Teleperformance has unveiled an artificial intelligence (AI)-themed office in India amid plans to hire an additional 20,000 employees in the South Asian country.
The new facility located in the commercial complex of DLF Cybercity in Hyderabad is named AVINYA, which means ‘innovation’ in Sanskrit.
It has modern amenities, including a 24×7 cafeteria, an indoor gaming zone, meditation corners, ample parking space, and gender-neutral bathrooms allowing for a more diverse and inclusive workforce.
Teleperformance says AVINYA will accommodate more than 1,000 employees.
The new office follows the recent inauguration of TP Olympiad at Mohali and TP Campus at Cyber Hub, Gurgaon.
“We believe a happy work culture makes employee contributions more worthwhile and meaningful. That is why we have invested in offices that encourage our staff to perform at their highest level by making them feel at ease and valued,” said Teleperformance India Chief Executive Officer Anish Mukker.
Teleperformance has over 90,000 employees in India.
