Teleperformance Bacolod receives its Certificate of Safety Seal

Global omnichannel firm Teleperformance has recently earned a Certificate of Safety Seal for its compliance with COVID-19 health and safety protocols in its Bacolod office.
Bacolod City Mayor Evelio Leonardia presented the certificate to Teleperformance, making it the first Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company to get a Certificate of Safety Seal from the city government.
Teleperformance Philippines (TP) COO Joey Marquez said that his team is grateful to receive such honor from the local government. He added that the seal “is a recognition of our unwavering focus to uphold the health and safety of our people and the communities where we operate…”
Chair of the Bacolod Safety Seal Committee Stela Rose Rayos noted that as per the IATF Resolution no. 127-A series of 2021, TP Bacolod will be allowed an additional 10% onsite capacity beyond the prescribed standard.
