Teleperformance certified as Great Place to Work

Teleperformance Philippines has once again been certified by the Great Place to Work Institute as a “Great Place to Work,” making it the first company in the country to receive back-to-back certification for that distinction. Mike Lytle, Teleperformance Philippines’ CEO, said the certification is a recognition of the company’s hard work, quality of programs, and consistent application of values. The certification was a result of an organization-wide survey among existing Teleperformance employees who were asked to rate the company’s culture, teamwork, growth and learning opportunities, leadership communication and support, sense of pride, and work environment. The company said the results showed the initiatives made in employee engagement amid growing its headcount and launching new business sites. Lytle said the certification indicates that the company is able to deliver its promise to make each interaction matter for the company’s external customers as well as for its employees. The Great Place to Work Institute is a global research and consulting firm that provides standards to enable organizations to create, sustain, and recognize outstanding workplace cultures.
