Teleperformance receives highest honor at Davao City IT-BPM Awards

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm Teleperformance received the Madayaw Award in Davao City’s first-ever IT-BPM Awards.
Spearheaded by ICT Davao and sponsored by the Davao City Investment Promotion Center (DCIPC), the event recognizes “brave and innovative businesses” that survived the COVID-19 pandemic.
Teleperformance’s Madayaw Award, also known as “Best Place to Work For”, is the highest award for the enterprise category.
Reacting to this achievement, Teleperformance Philippines CEO Francisco Lara said that the firm remains steadfast in bringing more jobs and a high-quality workplace.
“We have created and kept an awesome employee and workplace culture that we hope to share with more people across the country,” Lara added.
Teleperformance’s recognition comes as the company launched new remote work-friendly solutions for their employees — namely TP Cloud Campus, TP Cloud Campus Jeepney, and Cloud Campus microsites.
The firm explained that these programs provide a cloud-connected workstation to their home-based agents while creating more jobs in key cities outside of Metro Manila.
Teleperformance Philippines currently has around 61,000 employees nationwide and has received the Great Place to Work certification for five consecutive years. They have also been recognized as one of the best workplaces in Asia and the Philippines for 2022.
