TeleTech hailed as Kincentric Best Employer in PH
Global customer experience technology and services company TeleTech was recognized as a Best Employer in the Philippines for 2021 as part of Kincentric’s Best Employers program.
TeleTech started its Asia-Pacific operations two decades ago. The company offers its clients market-leading customer experience services through its Philippines operations.
Being a Kincentric Best Employer means that workers can come and leave their workplaces “inspired and motivated, with a drive to do their best for the future success of the organization.”
TeleTech Executive Director and Regional Lead David Bernal said that being recognized as the best employer in the country “leads to greater innovation, better business results, and organizational effectiveness…”
The Kincentric Best Employers program identifies their Best Employers awardee through three data sources — including the CEO Questionnaire, the Employee Opinion Survey (EOS), and the HR Interview and audit of relevant practices.
TeleTech was previously recognized as a Kincentric Best Employer last 2018 and 2019 for showing strengths in “employee engagement, leadership, talent focus, and agile culture.”
