Qualfon acquires LeadVision Media

Marketing solutions and contact center service provider Qualfon recently acquired internet-based advertisement agency LeadVision Media in a bid to sharpen its digital marketing services.
LeadVision delivers relevant and audience-targeted advertisements to clients and owns RevenueAds and Mydegree.com, a website that provides information about obtaining a college degree.
This deal could help Qualfon expand its offerings in lead generation, customer acquisition, and digital marketing solutions to clients across the education, insurance, and consumer financial services sectors.
Qualfon CEO Mike Marrow said that this acquisition is “another step in fulfilling” the company’s mission of being “the best and [making] each person’s life better.”
LeadVision Media CEO Matt Stowe added that the partnership will help both firms “expand our services to our clients by offering unique solutions that were not available before as well as opening up new markets for our advertisers and publishers.”
According to a report from Nearshore Americas, Leadvision will likely be merged with marketing solutions provider Dialogue Direct, a company previously acquired by Qualfon in 2017.
