Tesco Bank partners with Arrow Global

British retail banking company Tesco Bank has announced its plan to outsource its collections and recoveries operations within its customer service division to asset management firm Arrow Global.
This partnership will allow the banking firm to improve its service to their clients by providing the necessary support and flexibility they will need in the future.
As per the agreement, the UK-based bank will transfer over 200 roles to Arrow starting November 1. All employees who will be transferred will be protected from redundancy for a period of at least two years.
Tesco Bank Chief Executive Gerry Mallon said in a statement that this partnership “will improve the support we can give these customers, given their specialism in this area of customer service.”
Mallon added that they are looking “forward to working with Arrow, and further improving the experience we offer to our customers in financial difficulty.”
