TOA Global strengthens PH division, appoints new country manager
Accounting talent provider TOA Global is set on creating new global opportunities for Filipino accountants and bookkeepers by appointing Chico Inong as its Country Manager for the Philippines.
In a press release, TOA Global CEO Craig Mansell said that Inong’s appointment reaffirms their commitment to a “globally local leadership.”
“It’s about being globally connected and locally focused. We learned through the pandemic how important this is to our clients, people, and business. His appointment is a major strategic advantage for us to concentrate on our customers’ success,” he explained.
Before joining TOA Global, Inong held leadership positions over the last 20 years in multi-site operations, service delivery, and customer excellence.
“He has been where we are going, and most importantly, shares our values and vision on how to get there,” Craig added
Meanwhile, TOA Global Chief Delivery Officer Ben Vickers noted that aside from his vast experience in dealing with global companies, Inong has a deep understanding of “the regions, people, culture, and communities” in the Philippines.
In his first TOA Global town hall, Chico expressed confidence that the skills and adaptability of Filipino accountants and bookkeepers would meet the needs of both current and potential clients.
