Ubiquity secures partnership with BV Investment Partners

Outsourcing provider Ubiquity secured a significant strategic investment from private equity firm BV Investment Partners. This deal will put Ubiquity’s value at more than US$325 million.
BV Investment Partners Managing Director Jason Kustka said that this partnership is due to the outsourcing firm’s “reputation for powering customer experience and customer acquisition growth through a mix of human and technological capabilities.”
Established in 2012, Ubiquity is the leading customer service and BPO provider of highly complex industries, including financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce.
The company’s end-to-end solutions utilize agile methodologies, AI tech, and call center expertise to help their client companies create customer relationships quickly and cost-effectively.
Ubiquity Executive Chairman Ray Iglesias said that BV Investment Partners’ expertise in working with outsourcing companies will help Ubiquity in staying as the “leading provider” of outsourcing solutions globally.
As per the partnership agreement, Ubiquity will divest its majority interest in its AI-driven call center solution Aigent, but will remain as a shareholder.
