Vensure hits 108 acquisitions, adds 80,000 worksite employees

ARIZONA, UNITED STATES — Vensure Employer Solutions has crossed the 108-acquisition mark with eight deals closed so far in 2026, adding more than 80,000 worksite employees to its platform, the Chandler, Arizona-based HR outsourcing firm announced.
According to a press release, the latest wave follows the company’s milestone of 100 total acquisitions at the end of 2025 and a $450 million senior secured financing round that fueled the current pace.
Vensure now stands as one of the most aggressive consolidators in the United States human capital management market, bundling PEO, payroll, HCM, and staffing services under a single platform.
A disciplined roll-up powered by $450 million in capital
The eight 2026 deals strengthen Vensure’s footprint across the Western United States, including California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington, and Texas, with additional acquisitions extending into Michigan, New York, Georgia, and North Carolina.
The geographic spread gives Vensure deeper national reach across high-growth markets while preserving local brand recognition that drives client retention. The company’s recent $450 million financing round provides the capital runway to maintain its acquisition cadence without slowing.
“This milestone reflects more than growth—it represents the consistency of our strategy and the confidence companies have in joining the Vensure family,” said Alex Campos, CEO of Vensure Employer Solutions.
He added that each deal “enhances our operational depth, expands our service offerings, and enables us to deliver greater value through advanced technology, compliance expertise, and personalized support.”
Compagno deal expands staffing industry reach
Among the latest closings, Vensure acquired Compagno, a consulting firm delivering advisory and technology services to the staffing industry.
The deal strengthens VensureHR Staffing Alliance, a division built specifically for staffing companies operating in every U.S. state as well as Canada and Mexico.
With staffing firms facing tighter compliance demands and rising technology costs, the addition gives Vensure a sharper edge in serving a vertical that often falls outside traditional PEO offerings.
“Each addition strengthens the platform we are building—bringing together trusted local brands, deep expertise, and scalable technology to better serve our clients, our partners, and our people around the world,” Campos said.
The expansion lands at a defining moment for the future of work, where employers face mounting pressure to manage compliance, distributed workforces, and technology integration without ballooning internal headcount.
Platforms like Vensure that combine PEO services, staffing infrastructure, and HCM technology are emerging as the operational backbone for small and mid-sized employers navigating workforce flexibility, AI-driven HR tools, and the shift toward outsourced talent management.
