Visionary Solutions expands operations, opens new California site
MIAMI, FLORIDA — Visionary Solutions has announced the opening of a new facility in Orange County, California, expanding its business process outsourcing (BPO) service offering across the West Coast.
The expansion promises to bring Visionary’s services, from customer service and sales outsourcing to title processing and personal injury claims processing, closer to more businesses.
“We are excited to offer our trusted BPO services in this new location, enabling us to better serve businesses on the West Coast and further establish our presence as a reliable outsourcing partner, ” said Visionary Solutions CEO Jordan Abele.
The Orange County site serves as an addition to Visionary Solutions’ existing facilities, namely their headquarters situated in Miami, Florida, and an offshore facility located in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
The company capitalizes on the Dominican Republic’s nearshore advantages, including a highly educated and English-speaking workforce, a solid infrastructure, and business incentives, by utilizing its offshore facility there.
