Voxtron, Enghouse expand partnership to offer cloud contact center solutions

DUBAI, U.A.E. — Voxtron Middle East, a leading provider of customer engagement optimization solutions in the Middle East, has expanded its partnership with Enghouse Interactive to include Enghouse’s cloud contact center solutions.
Under the expanded partnership, Voxtron will resell and offer Enghouse Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) technologies.
Voxtron CCaaS offers businesses ultimate flexibility and access to a comprehensive range of contact center capabilities. The partnership enables Voxtron to meet evolving customer needs and commit to driving future customer engagement.
The Canada Consulate General in Dubai welcomed the expanded global partnership between Canadian company Enghouse Interactive and Voxtron.

Enghouse Interactive, a subsidiary of Enghouse Systems Limited, provides contact center software and video solutions worldwide, while Voxtron has delivered customer engagement solutions in the Middle East for over a decade.
