VXI appoints senior hires to drive business growth
VXI Global Solutions (VXI) has announced the appointment of four experienced executives as part of its efforts to drive business growth. Manila-based Jill Alingod has been named vice-president of customer experience while Armando Castro, who executed VXI’s expansion plan to the Philippines in 2003, was named vice-president of business development.
Mason Jones also joins VXI from TaskUs as vice-president of business development. Peter Mullen joins the VXI team as vice-president of marketing, based in Silicon Valley. VXI chief revenue officer James Jarrett said the company is leveraging the “powerful leadership team” to accelerate success, delivering world-class customer care solutions and BPO services.
