VXI expands Charlotte center in North Carolina, adds 100 jobs
NORTH CAROLINA, UNITED STATES — VXI Global Solutions, a provider of customer experience (CX) and business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, is expanding its customer service center in Charlotte, North Carolina by adding over 100 new full-time positions.
The move comes after VXI’s recent acquisition of Chime Solutions and is driven by growing client demand.

The state-of-the-art Charlotte facility located at 7201 University Oaks Drive offers full-time customer experience associate roles starting at $17 per hour. High performers can earn around $40,000 annually with additional incentives based on the client program.
