Webhelp named Major Contender for CXM by Everest Group

Multinational Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and consultancy firm Webhelp was given top ratings in customer experience management (CXM) in the Americas, Asia Pacific (APAC), and Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) by global analyst firm Everest Group.
Named as a Major Contender and Star Performer, Everest’s PEAK Matrix® Assessments validate Webhelp’s growth strategy across 60 countries in the past 12 months.
The BPO firm grew significantly in the Americas these last few months through its acquisition of outsourcing providers OneLink BPO, Dynamicall, and Grupo Services. At the same time, the group had also finalized its acquisition of innovative growth enabler Uitblinqers for its EMEA operations.
Everest Group VP David Rickard described Webhelp as one of the fastest-growing CXM providers in the Americas region, “supported by its strategic acquisitions and partnerships in the CX space in recent years.”
Commenting on this recognition, Webhelp CEO and Co-Founder Olivier Duha said that their performance in the PEAK Matrix assessments “[demonstrates] our position as a global leader.”
