Wing Assistant among Forbes’ Best Startup Employers of 2023

CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Business magazine Forbes recently recognized Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm Wing Assistant in its fifth annual list of America’s Best Startup Employers.
In a statement, the firm expressed happiness in being included in the list and thanked its global workforce for supporting its clients daily.
“Kudos to our team and the many Wing Assistants who go above and beyond in helping our clients take control of their day,” Wing Assistant added.
Citing data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, Forbes wrote that 50% of startups dissolve within five years of operations.
“It is no easy feat when they feel engaged, inspired, and supported,” added the publication.
Forbes’ 2023 Best Startup Employers list was created in partnership with market research company Statista. Around 2,600 U.S.-based businesses with at least 50 employees were evaluated based on employer reputation, employee satisfaction, and growth. The final list ranks 500 employers.
Wing Assistant’s industry expertise also helped the firm land the 294th spot in the Time Doctor OA500, the first objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies. It is currently subscribed to the Outsource Accelerator (OA) Source Partner Program, a powerful tool that helps BPO firms with marketing, sales, and business intelligence.
