Wipro Named Leader In AI Consultancies
Business process services firm Wipro has been named a “Leader” in artificial intelligence (AI) consultancies by independent research firm Forrester Research Inc. In its report, Forrester highlighted clients’ feedback on Wipro’s strategic approaches and best practices for engaging the right external experts and stakeholders. The report also noted that Wipro’s strength lies in its emphasis on culture in the engagement phase, which translates to helping clients create their own AI culture. Forrester assessed participating firms by researching, analyzing, and scoring them on 23 criteria across three key categories – current offering, strategy, and market presence. Jayant Prabhu, vice-president and global head of data, analytics, and AI at Wipro Limited, said Wipro has been at the forefront of successfully supporting business innovation and transformation for clients towards being intelligent enterprises. Phil Dunmore, managing partner and head of Global Consulting Group at Wipro Limited, said Wipro helps enterprises face challenges by developing outcome-based roadmaps, agile delivery, innovative service models, and a seamless customer experience.
