Xceed marks five years of PCI DSS certification

CAIRO, EGYPT — Xceed has renewed its Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard certification for the fifth consecutive year under PCI DSS v4.0.1, extending a compliance record across contact center and business process outsourcing (BPO) operations in Egypt, Morocco, Mauritius, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

According to a case study published by Zerosploit MEA, the renewal confirms that Xceed’s contact center infrastructure meets the current requirements for handling payment card data on behalf of global clients.

Five-year compliance record covers Xceed’s multicountry BPO operations

Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) certification requires annual renewal and an independent third-party assessment of an operator’s data handling, storage, transmission, and access controls across every site and system that processes cardholder data.

By completing the renewal under v4.0.1 with Zerosploit MEA as its compliance partner, Xceed confirms that its multicountry infrastructure satisfies the current standard rather than relying on transitional provisions that allowed some providers to remain on the older v3.2.1 framework through 2025.
