TCS, Cisco create Center of Excellence for digital solutions
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Cisco have teamed up to build a Center of Excellence (CoE) to further explore the potential of Cisco’s Digital Network Architecture (DNA) solutions platform. The CoE will provide benefits to the two companies’ clients through solution-oriented advancements. Cisco DNA is an enterprise network structure that allows a more interactive and streamlined relationship between a business’s IT structure and its operations. It also allows for the integration of different network domains, including application policy, security and segmentation. Powered by artificial intelligence, it promotes issue detection and resolution, and the identification of areas of improvement.
TCS is expected to use the CoE to boost its sector-specific solutions for its growing client pool, helping to remove redundancies and boost overall efficiency. TCS and Cisco will also address network failure when dealing with heavy traffic. V Rajanna, global head of the technology business unit at TCS, said they are building transformational solutions using the power of intent-based networking to improve customer experience.
