Allied Global invests in CallTek

Outsourcing provider Allied Global has completed an investment in CallTek BPO. Inc., a white label customer service provider based in Cebu, Philippines. CallTek is a technical support services provider to the majority of North American hotels.
According to Allied Global founder and CEO Manuel Gordo, the transaction leverages their firm’s strong expertise in the outsourcing sector.
“Allied has processed more than $2 billion of hotel reservations for The Travel & Hospitality sector, and CallTek is well-positioned to expand their portfolio of services to Central and South American clients,” said Gordo.
Further, CallTek CEO Tony Espinoza said they’re excited about the opportunities ahead for both their global clients and employees.
