Teleperformance Philippines names new COO
Global omnichannel customer experience firm Teleperformance has announced Jose Luis “Joey” Marquez as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Teleperformance Philippines (TP).
As the new COO, Marquez will be the country head of TP who will continue to drive the company’s digital business solutions delivery and keep its position as the business partner of choice.
Mike Lytle, former COO of TP, said that he is excited about Marquez joining the company “as he brings a great deal of experience and passion to our business. This will play a huge role in helping to continue our transformation and delivering on the growth expectations for the market. I am certain that the Philippines will be in great hands under his leadership.”
Marquez is an expert in “leading growth through delivery excellence, business impact, and employee engagement” through managing large-scale operations for companies across different sectors before joining Teleperformance.
