transcosmos opens two new bases in South Korea
Leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider transcosmos launched two new centers in Myeongdong and Yeongdeungpo, South Korea to accommodate its growing business in the market.
The company’s Myeongdong Center will serve as a lifelong learning facility that teaches business etiquette training courses for companies and individuals. transcosmos Korea’s dedicated employee training team will offer employee education and training services in topics related to customer service and customer satisfaction.
The training program will be offered to business partners of transcosmos. However, the firm is also planning to open its business courses to the general public, free of charge.
Meanwhile, transcosmos’ new Yeongdeungpo Center will provide 24/7 contact center services for a leading internet banking firm in the country.
With the opening of these two centers, transcosmos now offers a network of 14 bases with around 5,500 workstations (about 9,270 workstations including onsite locations) across South Korea.
