GML, AOPN collaborate for 2022 Outsourcing Expo

Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider Global Manpower Limited (GML) partnered with the Association of Outsourcing Professionals of Nigeria (AOPN) to present the latest outsourcing trends, locally and globally, at the 2022 Outsourcing Expo.
The Outsourcing Expo — held last Wednesday, July 6 — is a platform to promote the professional outsourcing industry in Nigeria and ultimately Africa, through capacity building and advocacy for all stakeholders.
It is also where outsourcing users, providers, and advisors in Nigeria, and beyond, gathered to form connections.
Commenting on the partnership, GML General Manager for HR Operations Kunle Agboola said that outsourcing proved to be a strategic business partner for maximizing business growth over the years.
He added, “Outsourcing is no longer a buzzword only for low-cost labor, it has become a key business strategy for both small and large business enterprises that believe in devoting 100% to their key business operations and outsourcing the rest to specialized vendors.”
Meanwhile, Segun Akande, CEO of cybersecurity solutions provider Xown Solutions, emphasized the need to continually boost technology automation and increase the country’s GDP by having a “copious share in the offshore market..”
The expo included panel sessions on opportunities and threats from entrepreneurial and business perspectives, business networking sessions, and exhibition opportunities and was attended by 250 delegates and 20 exhibitors.
