13 outsourcing firms among PH’s Best Workplaces 2023
MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Thirteen outsourcing firms were recognized as Best Workplaces in the Philippines for 2023.
The list, published by Great Place to Work, was divided into three categories — Large, Medium, and Small enterprises — with ten companies each.
Outsourcing providers Synchrony Global Services Philippines, Accenture, PSG Global Solutions, Teleperformance Philippines, Genpact, CGI Philippines, and [24]7.ai were named among the large companies.
Meanwhile, Genesys, Booth and Partners, KMC Solutions, and Connext were featured in the medium-sized businesses category.
Lastly, Great Place to Work included small outsourcing agencies Siegen Solutions and ECo Global Consulting in its small/micro-firm category.
The IT & Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) was also featured, as it promotes excellent work culture while playing an indispensable role in the country’s IT-BPM industry.
Great Place to Work’s Best Workplaces list recognizes companies that uphold good working values for their employees. The annual ranking is decided by workplace polls conducted within each company.
Accenture, PSG Global, Teleperformance, Genpact, CGI Philippines, [24]7.ai, Genesys, Booth and Partners, KMC Solutions, and Connext were also recently included in the Time Doctor OA500, the first objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies.
Booth and Partners, KMC Solutions, and Connext are also currently subscribed to the Outsource Accelerator (OA) Source Partner Program, a powerful tool that helps BPO firms with marketing, sales, and business intelligence.
