Spanish consultancy firm atSistemas acquires Incipy

MADRID, SPAIN — Spanish technology consultancy firm atSistemas has acquired Barcelona-based company Incipy.
The acquisition was reportedly valued at €1 million in cash for the company’s total capital and will bring Incipy employees into atSistemas.
“The addition of his [Incipy’s] experience and capabilities in digital strategy will further strengthen our ability to help our clients transform and stay ahead in an increasingly digital world. For this reason, we are pleased to welcome the great professionals that make up Incipy to our family, which does not stop growing,” explained atSistemas Jose Manuel Rufino Fernández.
The acquisition allows atSistemas to expand its business digitization services portfolio. Incipy, founded in 2009, specializes in digital innovation and data analysis that help firms with technology integration.

Founded in 1994, atSistemas has been aiming to expand its footprint. In recently acquired Scottish Atlassian software specialist New Verve Consulting.
