ibex names new country manager for Jamaica

KINGSTON, JAMAICA — Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider ibex announced the appointment of Tamara Ricketts-Brown as the new Senior Vice President and Country Manager for Jamaica.
Ricketts-Brown will lead ibex’s Jamaican operations with over 20 years of professional experience in the Retail, Travel, Finance, and Insurance sectors. She will report to David Wilkerson, EVP of Operations at ibex.
ibex COO David Afdahl expressed delight at Tamara’s appointment. “A dynamic operations leader with deep customer experience knowledge, Tamara has a proven success track record in managing large teams. She is the ideal person to propel our growth and success in Jamaica,” he said.
Before joining ibex, Ricketts-Brown served at Sutherland Global Services for five years. Her career also includes over 13 years in senior roles at Xerox. An MBA holder from the University of Sunderland, Tamara is geared to harness her extensive experience steering ibex’s growth in Jamaica.
