Horatio partners with Loris to power customer service with AI

NEW YORK, UNITED STATES — Customer service company Horatio has announced its partnership with artificial intelligence platform Loris to advance customer service within the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector.
Horatio’s 1,500 bilingual agents will leverage Loris’ technology for real-time customer threat identification and resolution to safeguard revenue and brand reputation.
