Oyster Consulting welcomes veteran compliance expert John Ivan
VIRGINIA, UNITED STATES — Oyster Consulting, a financial services consulting firm, has strengthened its Governance, Risk, and Compliance team by adding John Ivan, a former compliance executive from Raymond James and Merrill Lynch.
Ivan is known for his skill in restructuring and upgrading compliance departments to ensure alignment with evolving business strategies and regulatory changes.
He has held top jobs in big financial companies, focusing on helping rich clients, advising on investments, and other related areas. He was the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) at Raymond James & Associates and Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, looking after their wealth and retirement services.
