SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA and NEW JERSEY, UNITED STATES — IT services provider Cognizant has been tapped by Unitywater, a water utility in Queensland, Australia, for a five-year partnership.

The collaboration aims to revolutionize Unitywater’s Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Support Managed Services.

Measuring success through customer satisfaction

Cognizant will provide ICT Support Managed Services, leveraging its global capabilities and technology expertise.

Key performance indicators, such as the Net Promoter Score, will be used to gauge internal and external customer satisfaction, as well as the impact of Cognizant’s services on Unitywater’s IT users and operational efficiency.

“Cognizant is committed to delivering innovative solutions that drive operational excellence. Cognizant brings global capabilities and technology expertise that will support Unitywater’s vision for the future,” said Rob Marchiori, Cognizant Australia Country Manager.

Cognizant, a Fortune 500 company recognized among the world’s most respected businesses, combines technologies like IoT, AI, and cloud to help clients stay ahead of workforce and market changes. It ranked #6 in the OA500 2024, an objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies.

Driving digital transformation in water utilities
