EisnerAmper expands U.S. Midwest presence with TKO merger

NEW YORK, UNITED STATES — Global business advisory firm EisnerAmper has announced a strategic combination with Tighe, Kress & Orr, P.C. (TKO), an Elgin, Illinois-based CPA firm.
The partnership is expected to close in October 2024, bringing together two firms known for their expertise in tax, accounting, advisory, and assurance services.

The merger is expected to enhance EisnerAmper’s capabilities in the Midwest while providing TKO’s clients access to a broader range of services and global expertise.
