Cebu BPO Select Voicecom wins 4th workplace award

CEBU, PHILIPPINES — Select VoiceCom has earned Great Place to Work certification for the fourth consecutive year, with a 2026 survey drawing 1,010 employee responses, the highest participation the Cebu-based company has recorded across any of its four certification rounds.
Great Place to Work administered and scored the survey, which separates independently verified workplace assessments from company self-reporting: the certification body runs its own confidential survey process rather than accepting employer-submitted data.
1,010 respondents and 1,413 written comments set a new participation record
Eighty-one percent of respondents said Select VoiceCom is a great place to work, with the company averaging 78% across the full Great Place to Work model.
Eighty-seven percent of respondents said they had the resources and equipment needed to do their business process outsourcing (BPO) work, and the 2026 survey also drew 1,413 written employee comments, adding a qualitative record to the numerical scores.
Eighty-five percent of respondents reported their workplace as physically safe, 87% said they were treated fairly regardless of sexual orientation, and 86% said the same regardless of gender.
“A great workplace is built through everyday experiences, how people are treated, whether they feel supported, and whether their voices are heard,” Select VoiceCom said.
Crisis response and Employee Appreciation Week ground the survey scores in operational context
Select VoiceCom provided support to employees when Cebu faced earthquakes, flooding, and the financial pressure of rising fuel costs, a period the company has cited as a direct test of whether its stated values produced a response employees could see.
Employee Appreciation Week, held August 3 to 7, 2026, brought structured recognition events to its Cebu and Davao offices as one recurring example of the programme that sits behind the certification scores.
The physical safety and fair treatment results reflect engagement across two of the dimensions Great Place to Work uses to measure equity and psychological safety, alongside the overall “great place to work” threshold.
Four consecutive Great Place to Work certifications give Select VoiceCom a track record built on repeated independently administered results rather than any single survey cycle.
For outsourcing buyers evaluating Philippine BPO providers, Great Place to Work certification removes the ambiguity of self-reported employer data and replaces it with a third-party verified employee response rate.
The physical safety and fair treatment scores address the operational risk categories that multinational buyers often include in vendor due diligence alongside commercial and financial terms. Select VoiceCom serves clients across medical billing, customer service, and back-office functions from operations in Cebu and Davao.
