CTI Staffing acquires Boston’s PeopleSERVE

FLORIDA, UNITED STATES — CTI Staffing acquired PeopleSERVE Inc., a Boston-based multi-industry staffing firm, to expand its national recruiting footprint and global delivery capabilities.
The Fort Lauderdale-based firm, which operates across three continents, described the acquisition as the first in a series of planned strategic deals. No deal value was disclosed.
PeopleSERVE adds Boston’s talent market to CTI’s reach
CTI Staffing, headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, provides staffing and workforce solutions through onshore, nearshore, and offshore recruiting channels, using advanced recruiting technology and a consultative approach to place talent across multiple industries.
PeopleSERVE brings a client-first, personalized staffing model to the combined organization, deepening CTI’s coverage of the Boston market and the broader Northeast’s technology and professional services talent networks.
“This isn’t about simply getting bigger. It’s about getting better. We are bringing together two teams with storied track records in the staffing industry to create exceptional value for the organizations that rely on us each day to fuel their business growth,” said Jason Silver, chief executive officer at CTI Staffing.
CTI and PeopleSERVE merge teams around client service
The acquisition adds PeopleSERVE’s established network and talent sourcing capabilities to CTI’s three-continent delivery infrastructure, giving enterprise clients access to comprehensive staffing solutions spanning domestic and international markets.
CTI’s leadership described the PeopleSERVE deal as the foundation of a multi-acquisition strategy, with additional transactions planned to build the firm into a nationally scaled, globally delivered staffing operation.
Silver added, “Our success, more than anything else, has been due to our people.”
The deal reflects a consolidation trend in United States staffing, where mid-market firms are pursuing acquisitions to build the geographic scale needed to compete with larger staffing platforms for enterprise accounts across multiple locations.
CTI’s three-continent delivery model, which includes onshore, nearshore, and offshore capabilities, positions the combined company within the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector, where enterprise clients increasingly demand hybrid staffing arrangements to manage labor costs and access specialized talent pools.
PeopleSERVE’s established Boston client relationships give CTI a presence in one of the Northeast’s most competitive markets for contract and permanent talent placement, complementing its international delivery capabilities with a strong East Coast anchor.
For staffing companies seeking to offer both quality and scale, the CTI and PeopleSERVE combination illustrates how targeted regional acquisitions can expand geographic reach without years of organic branch-building in new markets.
