Lean Solutions Group acquires BPO SupportZebra

FLORIDA, UNITED STATES — Lean Solutions Group on August 24, 2026, acquired the assets of SupportZebra, a Philippines-based business process outsourcing (BPO) company serving 40-plus clients in supply chain, automotive, ecommerce, software as a service (SaaS), and healthcare.
The deal deepens Lean Solutions Group’s Philippines delivery operations and adds more than 1,300 BPO professionals to its workforce. No deal value was disclosed.
SupportZebra’s client retention philosophy matches Lean’s own model
Lean Solutions Group operates across six countries with more than 13,000 employees and 600-plus clients, integrating artificial intelligence (AI)-driven automation and human expertise through its LeanTek AgentEdge and LeanTek Connect platforms.
SupportZebra, founded in 2011 and certified under SOC 2 Type 2, PCI-DSS Level 1, and HIPAA standards, maintains a client churn rate below one percent across delivery centers in the Philippines and Mexico.
“SupportZebra has spent 14 years doing a hard thing: building service teams so deeply embedded in client operations that their relationship churn remains structurally among the lowest in the industry. That is exactly the model Lean Solutions Group was built on, and the model we’re committed to growing,” said Jack Freker, chief executive officer at Lean Solutions Group.
SupportZebra clients unlock Lean’s global AI platform
SupportZebra’s 24/7 customer experience, technical support, and back-office services span supply chain, automotive, ecommerce, SaaS, financial technology (fintech), and healthcare, extending Lean Solutions Group’s expert-in-the-loop reach into new verticals and delivery markets.
SupportZebra’s 40-plus client accounts gain immediate access to Lean Solutions Group’s LeanTek AgentEdge and LeanTek Connect platforms, which pair AI-enabled tools with skilled human specialists across global delivery centers.
“By combining our white-glove Customer Experience expertise with Lean Solutions Group’s global scale and AI-enabled platform, we can create even greater value for our clients while opening new opportunities for our team members to grow, develop new skills, and be part of the new generation of intelligent business operations,” said Nathan Yap, founder of SupportZebra.
The acquisition extends Lean Solutions Group’s Philippines footprint, which accounts for a significant share of the global business process outsourcing (BPO) workforce and remains one of the world’s most competitive markets for customer experience delivery.
For enterprise buyers, the SupportZebra deal illustrates the premium placed on BPO providers that demonstrate consistently low-churn client relationships alongside certified compliance credentials, particularly those with Philippines-based delivery capability.
The expert-in-the-loop model, which pairs skilled specialists with AI-driven automation, is becoming the defining operating framework for next-generation BPO and customer experience platforms.
