Fusion CX acquires VA Platinum entering its Australia 16th deal
KOLKATA, INDIA — Fusion CX acquired VA Platinum, a dedicated offshore staffing and managed workforce provider serving Australian businesses, in the global customer experience (CX) and business process outsourcing (BPO) company’s 16th deal.
The acquisition establishes Fusion CX’s first physical operations in New South Wales, Australia, adding finance, mortgage, legal, and real estate staffing capabilities to its portfolio.
VA Platinum brings Australian offshore staffing expertise
VA Platinum was founded in 2017 and operates delivery centers in Cebu and Davao, Philippines, serving more than 350 Australian clients with over 700 revenue-generating employees.
The target generates approximately US$12 million in annual revenue from finance, accounting, mortgage broking, lending, legal, conveyancing, and real estate services, giving Fusion CX a professional services client base across the Australian market.

16th deal lands Fusion CX in Australian market
The deal gives Fusion CX physical operations in New South Wales for the first time, establishing it as an offshore staffing and BPO provider for the Australian professional services sector.
Financial terms were not disclosed; VA Platinum’s 350-plus client base and approximately US$12 million in annual revenue represent Fusion CX’s first direct entry into the Pacific market.

The deal reflects a growing appetite among global CX providers for Pacific market access, where outsourcing buyers in professional services prefer providers with both local account management and Philippine-based offshore delivery infrastructure.
Australia’s mortgage, financial planning, and legal services sectors have historically sourced offshore talent through boutique staffing providers rather than enterprise-scale BPO companies, a gap that Fusion CX’s acquisition is designed to address.
VA Platinum’s Cebu and Davao operations deepen Fusion CX’s Philippines delivery footprint and add a dedicated full-time professional staffing model to a CX portfolio that previously centered on contact center and managed services delivery.
