Accenture honored in worldwide salesforce implementation services report
For the fourth consecutive year, Accenture has been acknowledged as one of the key players in the global salesforce implementation services sector. This saw the Dublin-headquartered professional services group once again highly commended in the Worldwide Salesforce Implementation Services Vendor Assessment, an annual review conducted by IDC, the Massachusetts-based market intelligence specialist, as part of its MarketScape sector analysis initiative. Explaining why Accenture had been so consistently prominent in the review, Ali Zaidi, IDC’s research director, said the service provider had long been a market leader when it came to delivering end-to-end digital transformation solutions, while its expertise in strategy, design and the enablement of salesforce solutions never failed to impress.
Zaidi also cited Accenture’s focus on digital, cloud and security-related services, all underpinned by the apt deployment of innovative technology solutions, as playing a significant role. In terms of third-party feedback, he said buyers particularly rated Accenture for the high-quality resources it allocated to any given project and for its ability to truly deliver in terms of onsite customer service. Speaking in the wake of the publication of the 2019 review, Saideep Raj, senior managing director of Accenture’s Salesforce Business Group, said the results came as vindication of the company’s commitment to investing in innovation, talent, skills and solutions.
