TEXAS, UNITED STATES — Outsourcing firm Acquire BPO has launched Acquire.AI, a new division specializing in helping businesses navigate through the growing tech ecosystem with artificial intelligence (AI) at the center.
“AI applications can accurately execute repetitive tasks, provide next-level analytics to help drive strategic and performance improvements, and help you implement solutions to improve service quality and security,” Stavretis said, in an interview with the Digital Journal.
Acquire.AI is looking to aid firms in recognizing, prioritizing, and implementing customized solutions to boost revenues. The company will serve firms from various industries including finance, healthcare, logistics, and energy.
A study from Microsoft found that 47% of small business owners believe AI can be a valuable asset, only 10% feel like they know how to use it in their day-to-day operations. In addition, research from Fortune indicates that as many as 50% of the tasks employees work on today will be automated in 20 years.
Amid all the uncertainty, Acquire BPO’s new initiative aims to help firms fill in various technological gaps in its systems and safeguard its future.
Not only will AI help them reduce costs as redundant tasks will be taken care of, it will also streamline various processes through the help of automation, improved security, and accelerated solutions.
