Customer experience solutions provider Alorica announced the appointment of Brian Delaney as president of its Latin America and Caribbean operations. The company said Delaney will oversee 15,000 employees across seven countries in the regions in which Alorica operates.
The company services clients from 19 contact centers in the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Panama, and Uruguay. Delaney was previously chief operating officer for ServiceSource, Stream Global Services (now Concentrix), and TeleTech.
Delaney will report directly to chief operating officer Greg Haller. Alorica contact centers and operation hubs span the globe with locations in 14 countries.
