Appian, OSTech partner to boost Japanese business efficiency

TOKYO, JAPAN — Appian, a software company specializing in business process automation, has announced a strategic collaboration with Outsourcing Technology Co., Ltd. (OSTech) in Japan.
This partnership aims to enhance business efficiency through process automation and low-code development using the Appian Platform.
Successful trial leads to full-scale implementation
OSTech recently conducted a trial implementation of the Appian Platform, which resulted in a significant workload reduction of approximately 25%.
Following this success, the solution has been fully operational as a “business standardization system” since May 2024.

Enhanced services and expanded reach in Japan
Through this collaboration, Protrude, OSTech’s dedicated IT integration service, will offer enhanced process and digital transformation (DX) solutions on the Appian Platform.
The focus will be on Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) and process automation, providing comprehensive support from implementation to operation and production.
